Course description

The Project Management & Scrum Master Programme is a practical, end-to-end course designed to equip learners with the skills needed to plan, deliver, and govern projects successfully across both traditional and Agile environments.

This programme blends project management fundamentals with a deep dive into Scrum and Agile delivery, enabling learners to manage scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and stakeholders while also facilitating high-performing Agile teams. Learners will apply industry-aligned practices drawn from PMBOK®, Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid delivery models, supported by hands-on use of tools such as Jira.

Through realistic scenarios, structured planning exercises, and a final Capstone Project Plan and Agile Sprint Simulation, learners gain practical experience managing projects from initiation through closure mirroring real project and Scrum Master responsibilities.
